This Grade II listed building in the heart of Berkeley Square, Mayfair was acquired by the Californian based client to create a European headquarters. It achieved planning permission to upgrade and convert to a high specification office space.
The works include external alterations including the demolition of existing mansard roof to accommodate a new and lift shaft, alterations to the basement level and a full internal refurbishment to preserver the listed features and create a super high-end 7,300 sqft office space.
Bonavia Ltd provided the client with Cost Plans at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to facilitate the appointment of a Principal Contractor. We are delivering a comprehensive on-site QS service for the duration of the project until its successful completion.
