Bonavia Ltd provided the client with Cost Plans at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to facilitate the tendering and the appointment of a Principal Contractor. We are delivering a comprehensive on-site PM/QS service for the duration of the project.
