Bonavia Ltd provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the new Passyunk Play, an extension of the original Passyunk Avenue restaurant in Leake Street arches (Waterloo).
We agreed a procurement strategy with the client, and tendered individual trade packages for the works. Following a successful tender process, we agreed the trade packages and entered into contracts with a principal contractor, mechanical, electrical and catering contractors / suppliers.
The project was successfully completed October 24.
