£11M refurbishment and modernisation of a 9-storey commercial property. This involved producing a preconstruction estimate and value engineering options for the client.

The works included the demolition/strip out and CAT A & B fitout of 80,000 square feet of vacant space. Procured under a construction management route, engaging individual contractors under bespoke trade contracts.

We delivered a comprehensive on-site Project Management/Quantity Surveying role for the duration of the project.
