This 11,000 sqft, art deco building resides in a Conservation Area and the client gained planning permission in 2022. The permission is for a mixed-use development, which will provide a flexible commercial/drinking establishment on the lower ground and ground floor as well as 9 residential units from the first, to fourth floors.
The project provides several logistical challenges, with very limited front and rear access and situated on a red rout. Bonavia Ltd provided the client with early-stage cost advice, logistical strategies and management of the PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) with Principal Contractor. We will deliver a complete on-site QS service for the duration of the project.
