A £1.5M refurbishment of this art deco building in Hammersmith, which included the creation of high-quality office space with modern, exposed finishes and a fully remodelled reception on the ground floor.
The works included the demolition/strip out of 11,500 square feet of vacant space. This was followed by the CAT A+ fitout, in which the existing waffle ceilings were exposed, new air-conditioning and new LED suspended lighting was installed, a remodelling of the reception, and an upgrade to the male and female WCs, as well as the roof terraces on L2 and L4.
Procured under a construction management route, engaging individual contractors under bespoke trade contracts, we delivered a comprehensive pre-construction and on-site Quantity Surveying role for the duration of the project.
