This project comprised the transformation of a dilapidated London townhouse into a single high-end private residence. Situated in Notting Hill within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the scope of works included a rear extension at ground and first floor levels, the amalgamation of an existing lower ground floor apartment, and a full internal refurbishment throughout. Bonavia Ltd managed the process of securing a more advantageous VAT position for the client in relation to the development.
Bonavia Ltd provided detailed cost plans at each stage of design, together with a comprehensive Schedule of Works and Pricing Schedule to support the tender process and the appointment of the Principal Contractor.
