Passyunk Avenue – Waterloo

Bonavia Ltd provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the fitout of a Passyunk Avenue restaurant in unit 5, Leake Street arches (Waterloo).

We initially agreed the landlord’s capital expenditure contributions by creating a cost plan for the remedial works and demonstrating the costs with market testing. We worked with the design consultants to value engineer the scheme to save 40% of the original designed scheme.

Following a successful tender process, we have agreed a contract sum and entered into a JCT contract with a Principle Contractor and split the mechanical a catering packages to save costs.

The project was successfully completed in March 2022.
