This project involved the conversion of a dilapidated London townhouse into 3 luxury two-bedroom apartments. located in the Earls Court District of Kensington & Chelsea, the works included an extension to the rear basement / ground floor, refurbishment of the upper floors and the amalgamation of the existing 4,300 square feet units.
Bonavia Ltd provided the client with Cost Plans at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to facilitate the tendering and the appointment of a Principal Contractor. We delivered a comprehensive on-site PM/QS service for the duration of the project until its successful completion.
