The client completed the acquisition of the shopping centre in 2021 and began to complete the plans to add value and modernise the Centre Court. The works were procured under a construction management route, engaging individual contractors under bespoke trade contracts. Our role involved procuring key packages and managing the post-contract phases to ensure the works were completed to the tenant’s specification and within an agreed programme.
