Bonavia Ltd provided the client with a feasibility stage cost advice and pre-construction services, which involved a Cost Plan at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to facilitate the tendering and the appointment of a Principal Contractor. Bonavia Ltd are providing the client with a comprehensive on-site QS & PM service for the duration of the project.
