This project involves the conversion of a dilapidated HMO into 21 luxury apartments in the Courtfield Conservation Area, Earls Court.
Bonavia Ltd provided the client with both pre and post-contract services. This involved an extensive strip out and survey works to de-risk the project, establishing a temporary services and fire strategy for occupied units. We provided Cost Plans at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works/Pricing Schedule to facilitate the tendering and the appointment of a Principal Contractor.
