This project involves multiple extensions of an existing single- dwelling with three new volumes at ground floor, second floor and roof level.
Bonavia Ltd provided the client with Construction Cost Estimates with a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to facilitate design decisions to meet the client’s budget. We have been appointed to delivered a pre-construction consultancy service and on-site Quantity Surveying role for the duration of the project.
