196 Bishopsgate is a prominent, 46 room aparthotel in the heart of Liverpool Street, London. This project involved the full refurbishment of all rooms and communal areas across 5 floors, while the hotel remained occupied. Notwithstanding the occupancy of the hotel, this project provided several logistical challenges, especially with limited front or rear access and situated on a red rout.
Bonavia Ltd provided the client with early-stage cost advice, logistical strategies and management of the PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) with Principal Contractor. We are delivering a complete on-site PM/QS service for the duration of the project.
