Achieved a 57% cost saving on the mesh cladding by researching VE options and market testing, we achieved a substation saving against the original cost plan. This saving helped advance the clients executive board approval for the whole scheme and we successfully delivered a comprehensive on-site Project Management/Quantity Surveying role for the duration of the project.
